Missing Classes
If you cannot see your Webcourses@UCF courses listed on the “Online Course Tools” tab of the myUCF portal and it is past the start date for the course, you will need to first verify that you are enrolled in the course. You may verify this by checking the “Student Self Service” portion of the myUCF portal under “Enrollment”. Or you may confirm your enrollment by checking your eCommunity class list.
- If you are not shown as being enrolled then please contact the registrar at 407-823-3100 or registrar.ucf.edu.
- If you are shown as enrolled yet do not see your courses in the Webcourses@UCF Pagelet then contact your teacher to confirm the availability of the course’s content. Often instructor’s choose to either release a class late or deny access until after the add/drop period. It is always best to clarify with the teacher whether or not you should have access. Please contact us if the teacher confirms you should have access.
