TBD
To Be Done (TBD) is the Techrangers’ workflow tool that was developed by and primarily for the Techranger team. TBD is used on a daily basis by members of the team as well as other teams within Course Development and Web Services. It is used for scheduling, time tracking, request processing, and technical support logging.
The Techrangers complete work requests for other teams in Course Development & Web Services. These requests are inputted into TBD and are sorted in order of priority by the application. The Techrangers then complete the requests, using TBD to time track and to notify the other teams of the completion of their requests.
TBD is also used as a ticket tracking system for student and faculty technical support incidents. Routinely the team uses TBD to input work schedules, log work done and generate time card printouts.
