Team Portfolio

The Techrangers strive to develop new tools and projects that will allow our team, Course Development and Web Services, and the University as a whole to complete various tasks more efficiently. In addition, we love the idea of sharing knowledge by giving presentations to students, campus IT professionals, and delegates from Universities throughout the country. Here is a listing of some of the initiatives that the Techranger team is currently working on or has worked on in the past.

TBD

TBD

To Be Done (TBD) is the Techrangers’ workflow tool that was developed by and primarily for the Techranger team. TBD is used on a daily basis by members of the team as well as other teams within Course Development and Web Services. It is used for scheduling, time tracking, request processing, and technical support logging.

The Techrangers complete work requests for other teams in Course Development & Web Services. These requests are inputted into TBD and are sorted in order of priority by the application. The Techrangers then complete the requests, using TBD to time track and to notify the other teams of the completion of their requests.
