The Techrangers are students from many backgrounds who bring energy and problem solving to the team. We are usually recruited from technical programs such as Engineering and Computer Science and also from the LEAD Scholars and Honors Programs. Techranger Duties

Techrangers are expected to perform various tasks, including:

  • Web site creation & maintenance (XHTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Technical Support (askUCF, phone, e-mail)
  • Application development (PHP, ColdFusion, MySQL, Oracle)
  • Weekly team meetings
  • Research & Development (Software, skills, processes)
  • Assist in training sessions for Faculty and Staff
  • Campus Events (plan, develop, deliver)
  • Internal training sessions (attend, plan, develop, deliver)
